Language has a powerful effect on our daily living, our health and overall experience.
Little words that we throw out there each and every day are a key part to creating our overall experience.
We often speak impulsively, without considering our true intentions. Then we wonder why we end up in confusing situations and surrounded with misunderstanding. We assume that we know what people mean based on how they choose to communicate that information to us. Plus we add our own ideas based upon how we are perceiving the person, the situation, combined with our own experiences in relation to them. How clear are they? Is what they are saying congruent with what it is they are experiencing and meaning? How do we know?
Our vocabulary has weight and power. It can literally weigh you down, hold you back, or it can be light, fluid, assertive, powerful, raise you up and propel your forward.
Most of us use words that are contradictory to what we want and mean and wonder why they are attracting more of the same experiences that they are not wanting. People spend a good amount of time focusing on their frustrations, things they are not happy with. Although it’s important to know what you don’t want, it’s also vital to take from all that and begin to create other potential possibilities for yourself. Once this happens, then you want to start incorporating habits that match this desire. When you practice this consistently, you then start to generate the feelings associated with this want. Once the thoughts, feelings and speech are in flow and you continue to take action, you then are in the becoming stage and the rest will follow suit.

Clarifying what it is you want to be, do, have and experience
What are you currently doing that is working and matches these goals?? What needs your attention or more of your time, energy and commitment?
Practice choosing words that only match what it is you want to create and incorporate the feelings associated with what you want to create.
Are you ready and want change? Want to synchronize your thoughts, feelings, energy and language that are aligned with your intentions, goals and desires?
